Youth Empowerment
The following grants support Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation's Youth Empowerment initiative. Each organization below is receiving $75,000 per year for two years to support adolescent treatment programs and create ongoing system changes that will assist youth transition from the foster care program to the community by empowering them with the tools they need to become self-sufficient.
